French markets

There is something particularly charming about French markets. They have a style and atmosphere that is difficult, if not impossible, to find at markets anywhere else. Sunday morning was our time to get up early and wander around the market in La Baule - a feast for the eyes!

Seafood, especially oysters, are a speciality of this region which gave us a perfect excuse to add them as a starter to our Sunday lunch! Well, at 5€ for a dozen, who could resist?

Hasta pronto!
